Pizza Line Cook
We are looking for a part-time Cook. Ideally, we need someone available 30-35 hours/week, Wednesday - Sunday.
Hours will fluctuate based on season.
Duties include:
- Making fresh pizza dough, rolling and weighing dough balls to a precise weight.
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking utensils and equipment.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and Lead Beertenders to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Washing dishes and properly closing the kitchen at the end of shift.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food handling practices.
- Food Handler's Permits required

- Ability to lift 50lbs.
